Lou is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the ins and outs of the SAT exams. He not only tutors on the information tested, but also gives important strategies to students necessary for success. Lou tutored both of my boys and through working and studying with them. Both were able to substantially increase their test scores. Another plus is Lou will come to your home to tutor your student. I would highly recommend Lou for SAT tutoring.

All three of my daughters were tutored by Lou and we saw very rewarding results. He is an awesome tutor, he connects well with kids and you can tell he cares about the results and helping kids achieve their individual goals. It is very obvious that he has expertise in what he does. All my girls raised their scores, my one daughter raised it by almost 300 points with only 5 or 6 sessions. I referred him to another student at the private school my children attend and the student also raised his score to get into the school he wanted. It is well worth every dime I spent. I highly recommend him!

We had utilized Lou for 1 on 1 SAT Preparation for approximately 8 weeks leading up to the exam. He gave a great amount of attention to our son and crafted a program based on his strengths while leveraging an individualized approach for areas that he needed assistance. He was very thorough at the end of each session spending 15-20 minutes with us as the parents to talk about our son's progress and advances and where he needed to continue to work on his skills and knowledge. In addition, he reviewed any homework and deadlines/timelines to ensure he kept on pace for maximum results.

Lou was my daughter's SAT tutor for several months. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had flexible schedule if need be. My daughter felt very comfortable working one on one with Lou and developed a great student/teacher relationship.
